With the Devolo Home Control App you transform your living space into a smart home. IT intouch is responsible for the development of the Devolo Home Control App.
The electric flagship Opel Ampera receives its own completely tailor-made app from IT intouch. The app is able to read car values and represent them graphically. Various values such as rotation speed, battery level or power consumption can be placed on different instruments. These 6 different instruments can also be combined with each other, so that each Ampera fan can design his own cockpit.In addition to the pure representation, rides can even be recorded. Thus, one can easily determine the fuel-guzzling passages on the evening route home.
The app communicates with a specially developed smartphone controller, which provides the car data via WLAN.
Since the app was developed as part of a national research project, unfortunately, it is no longer available in the Appstores. However, the knowledge from this project is incorporated into the current development of e-cars.
