The bot informs or advises the customer until he has received the needed information or found the desired product. Depending on the developed bot, information can be displayed directly into the chat. The information is always obtained from external systems such as web shops or a special database.
We believe that interacting directly with a bot can have significant advantages comparing to websites and apps. For which product and service bots come into question must be determined individually.
